We accept returns on merchandise purchased thru our web site providing it is in like-new condition with original packaging and sales receipt within 7 days of purchase. All returns that meet the above criteria will be exchanged or promptly refunded upon receipt of defective or unwanted merchandise minus shipping charges unless the item is defective. If the Item is defective then shipping charges will also be refunded. Simply send it back to us, and we'll handle the rest as long as it meets the conditions above.

 

All products are shipped within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of payment, however with large orders Mannequin Parts.com reserves the right to extend this period as required per your approval to fulfill large quantity orders. Please contact us for shipping time on large orders.
